The Village Manufactured Home Community

This is a nice community. I've known people that live there for years and things get taken care of reasonably well. The properties are basically kept up and clean. There are some very nice properties along the peripheral areas of this park. I would say it's relatively peaceful Living For a mobile home community.

We were looking to pay 10K cash for a mobile home here. Because our Credit Scores were on the low side, they won't accept us! Management wants Credit Score of 640 or higher we were told by a lady salesperson there!! If our scores was that high, why wouldn't we just put the 10K cash down on a house!? Clincher is we have been paying $700.00/mo. for the past 8 years in our current apartment. Lot rent is only $400.00/mo. there. We were going to save the $300.00/mo. difference to help our scores! VERY judgmental without giving a chance to listen to applicants.
