My sister and I have been going to this spa for a few years now and we used to love getting the facials. There were four different girls that we used to see over the course of about 3 years and they were great. They were so friendly and helpful. We would always leave feeling happy and satisfied, looking forward to seeing them again. One by one, they all left ReJuvenere. The past few times I have gone I've left feeling very disappointed. The girl who did my facial last time was not very personable and not helpful at all when I asked about products. The receptionist was not friendly. I called to make another appointment (this would be third chance I was giving them after the first disappointment) and the girl on the phone didn't care about what I was asking for and was rude. After hanging up with her I decided I wasn't going to waste my money just to be disappointed again, and I canceled my appointment. I will be trying a new spa that is closer to home.
I always try to be understanding. After working with people for years I've learned you have to be compassionate and really care about the customer, not just get them in and out the door. Which is why I used to love this place. But since my girls left it hasn't been the same, it's like a completely different atmosphere. It's very sad to me because I really did enjoy going there.
