I had fantastic customer service by a woman named Cheryl recently. She made sure my items were refunded correctly despite my having lost my target RED card in the interim (so money couldn't be refunded back to the credit card, meaning I would have had to forego the 5% member savings on purchases made with the refund by receiving a gift card instead), even though I no longer had my receipt. She really jumped through some hoops to make sure I was well taken care of!
Just had a great experience with a Techy named Aaron at Target. I had questions about a Vizio Sound Bar I just purchased and he was and is extremely knowledgeable about the product. Very helpful
