I went today to get a sleeper sofa for the family room, and I went in this time without my husband. The salesman who greeted me was Keith Banes, I stated that I was looking for a sleeper sofa, showed him which one I was interested in, and he informed me that the couch was $599. I then informed him that the price online says $559, he then says to me yeah if you want to shop online and not waste a salesman time then it is that price. The entire time I was there he acted like It was a annoyance that I was there, and he had to wait on me. Once I ordered the couch I wanted, and paid for it his tune changed. I won't be buying from your store again. Paying, loyal customers should not be made to feeel like they are a nuisance to your salesman! After I pick up my couch, I will not be purchasing the rest of my furniture for my new home. Your salesman should be friendly, polite, and go out of their way to help a cutomer, not make them feel like they did something wrong by walking into your store looking to purchase a new sleeper sofa.
