Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went here to get an inspection done, my mother got hers done first and asked if they could do mine after her car and the staff agreed. Once I get there they ask me to park in a parking spot which I do, waited about 15 mins for my moms car to be done and one of the staff members comes up to me to tell me he is ready for my car. So I start bringing my car into the garage since the staff member told me to bring it in and once it’s in another employee comes out and goes she’s not next. So the one employee and him start arguing back and forth about how I was next because they told my mother they would do my car next. And let me tell you how rude the other employee was he basically said no we’re not doing hers she needs to take her car out and wait in the spot again for another 2 hours. Even though the employee was trying to let him know I was next and I did wait. Long story short they told me I would have to wait and they couldn’t do my car yet EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE READY FOR MY CAR!! So unprofessional and so rude! You need to train your staff better or at least train them on how to speak to customers!
