Unity Family Medicine - Parkway

As I type this, I've been on hold for 15 minutes trying to change an appointment. This is the third time I've tried in the past week. No one answers the phones. Absolutely terrible. Worse yet is the messaging as you wait telling you about their "high standards". I just hung up again.
