Johnston's Propane Service

Well where can I start... I ordered propane at 11 in the morning Saturday and was at 10% I was fine with the possibility of waiting until Monday it was snowing and driving conditions not the best. 3:30 in the afternoon Monday still no delivery, so I call the lady that answered was rude and said they probably wouldn't be here till Tuesday and I was at 5% turned the thermostat down to 62 it's on 68 year round. 4:30 Tuesday and I call my wife with getting the news of no delivery still, so I call once again with a bit of attitude from the woman answering the phone, again, and we're at 2-3% and all I get is "I'll check into it" with attitude, so thermostat is at 58 now. I understand what time of year it is and it's my responsibility to check my levels, but this is ridiculous. They used to be pretty good about getting here within a couple days with 10-15% of propane in my tank during winter. They're service in the summer time is good. If they are really busy they should be upfront with they're customers about it. I have always paid in full. I know I rambled, but I really don't want anyone to go through what we're going through.
