I haven't camped here but we have 2-3 BBQ's here a summer and love it. You can enjoy a nice dip in the river which is very clean. As of right now the bridge is under construction so it is kind of an inconvenience. The covered the sandy shore with rocks which is not pleasant on bare feet. The staff are kind of rude now that they have to drive down and collect the entrance fee( a few years ago they had a small station by the entrance but they removed it for whatever reason).
