The gentlemen of Burke & Bussing were so kind and are wonderful at what they do. Nicholas was a gem over the phone and answered every question I had on process, price and walked me through what to do when my mother passed. The gentlemen they had come to the house to get my mom was very professional and polite - he was there within the hour and he took great care of us. R. Thomas was respectful, compassionate, pleasant and personal when we went by for the meeting on our preferences. All of the gentlemen gave us only the information we needed as we knew we wanted cremation, we had her urn and they didn't push any service on us that we did not want. It was refreshing given our needs and didn't feel like a transaction but a partnership. I highly recommend them in your time of need, and thank the fellas for getting us through a tough time!
