Wonderful trails, the horses were great (they're very patient with the inexperienced riders sitting on top of them), and almost all of the people were super friendly...except for one employee: the one thing I wasn't crazy about was returning from the trail and witnessing one gentleman there whose every word was rather hostile towards the customers (snapped at me, yelled at the next group he was leading before even starting). He really seemed to dislike being there and took his crummy mood out on the customers. If you can avoid him (and there were plenty of other people who were very welcoming and nice, including the woman who led our group), you'll be dealing with otherwise great people and you'll have a great experience. In spite of one person, I would highly recommend this place. I would've given this place five stars if not for the one surly young man that almost sucked the joy out of the experience.
