Medford Nails

WORST nail salon ever!!!! If I could give this place a 0 I would. I went in there for a simple soak off, manicure and pedicure. First off when I walked in there I was asked by the owner what I wanted done. he proceeded to then soak them off... After 2 hours of soaking and my nails pruning finally another technician steps in and says he was doing it wrong!! After the owner tells me he doesn't know how to take them off he then says to me "let them grow out longer and then come back and we will take it off" This is after he cut them and completely destroyed them!! the pedicure came out ok but I was so mad I just paid for the pedicure and walked out!
