The customer service is horrible and prices are high. I called to verify they had the Vuly trampoline on display before driving 45 minutes. They said they had it, then when I arrived they told me to go wait outback by the trampolines....there were none...then salesperson came over with a flyer and said they sell off all the displays and don't have any. It would take 3 weeks to deliver and cost would be $2400. I left upset and called another dealer in NJ. Same trampoline delivered the next day for $1100 plus $250 for installation.
