DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A SECOND OF YOUR TIME. We bought a set of expensive pots and pans that included a free trip through Bridal Registries and Vince at VIP works directly with them. When we were deciding to purchase these, we were told that we got a 7 night, 8 day stay at over 4000 resorts worldwide, including Sandals in St. Lucia. These were not included and the resorts were not all inclusive. I record all my phone calls and confirmed that I was specifically told all inclusive. Well, to get the food and drink, you needed to pay an additional $500 per night!
We were told that we were misinformed and that we would have to go through Vince at VIP and book one of the Viva Wyndham resorts. Vince said he hadn't heard a complaint in 7 years and that the facilities were beautiful. It was all inclusive and all we had to do was pay flight!
We got to Viva Wyndam Fortuna and let me tell you, this place was disgusting. The bed cover had black stuff all over it, there were cockroaches on the floors and to make things better, the staff was beyond rude (even heard a bartender cuss out an older female guest). It's far from life so its a $60 roundtrip taxi ride to get anywhere. The food was at the level of Taco Bell and the only liquor provided was just well liquor. To upgrade room or liquor, you have to invest in a timeshare. This place we went to didn't even have clean water! I couldn't keep down food or water by the end of the couple days we spent there.
Long story short, we only lasted 2.5 days of our 8 day trip before my wife broke down and we got on the first boat off the island (not kidding on the boat).
I'm still waiting to hear what their resolution is but they will take no ownership of the people that present their product. When I advised that I was misled, he just said that I need to take it up with the guy who gave me the vouchers, though he could not provide any way for me to reach him.
This place, along with Bridal Registries has no integrity and will completely mislead you and leave you stranded. It was bad enough, that we opted into losing out on our $800 flight home (couldn't get money back) and spent over $3k going to and staying in Miami for the remainder of our honeymoon.
