Went in a week ago with some friends to get açaí bowls. We sat and ate them quickly because it was about 9:50 and we knew the store was closing soon. At 10 (closing time) the girl behind the counter turned some of the lights off. I understand that it was closing time but everyone in my group was literally shoveling down açaí as fast as possible and it was cold outside. A young man walked in and started talking to the girl behind the counter (i could see she was annoyed that we were still sitting). At 10:03 the young man said "You know we closed 3 minutes ago". I couldn't believe that he made such a rude comment. It was very obvious that we knew this (the lights) and we were all finishing up. Also we weren't the last people in the place. A woman walked in with her son around 9:58 and was getting frozen yogurt. Im not sure who this guy was but he obviously made that comment on the girls behalf. The owners should make sure their employees can interact with the public. Will be avoiding this place in the future.
