They are discriminatory place. They force you to stay 2 nights on SUNY Cortland parent weekend or you can't stay. All other hotels will allow one night

I LOVE this place! Owners are VERY friendly, and accommodating. It is an older establishment, but in excellent condition. I would stay there over and over. I know some people stay long term when they are working out of state, and during holiday time the owners put on a wonderful spread of food so the customers feel right at home!
