Kia of White Plains

If I could give this KIA of White Plains a 0 I would! Go anywhere else!! They don’t care about your safety!! My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago. We use our car often given that I travel for work and we have children. We take very good care of our car and whenever we see any issues we go right away to get it taken cared of. We follow all the rules to maintain our vehicle. Once my husband noticed the electronic stability programme light turn on he immediately wanted to take it in. This light has been turning on and off so we were concerned. He went to KIA of White Plains at 7:30 in the morning (when the service department is supposed to open) and no one was there. Our appointment was for 8 in the morning. No one showed up till well after 8 in the morning. He finally went in and with a 2 HOUR ordeal, he left with no help. They said the car was fine. No further looking to see if there was any faulty wires, nothing. Mind you we live in Yonkers (The City of Hills!), this is a big deal for us! We tried to get a resolution with the dealership and nothing came of it!! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!! God forbid something happens and we get into a car accident maybe then they will take this a little more seriously!?! My safety and the safety of my family is paramount! I need a dealership that feels the same way!!
