Rosie's Bistro Italiano

We have been going to Rosie's for over 2 years since moving to Bronxville. The guys who used to be at the bar, Brian and Tommy, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome all the time. Now they have Kaitlin, whom I have found after quite a few visits, is very curt and rude and does not make you feel welcome in the least. I have had to ask for both water and bread from her and tonight she slammed the silverware on the bar when preparing my place setting. She never mentioned that she was closing the bar drawer and, as I had just finished my salad, I asked for a second glass of wine to which she replied the bar drawer was now closed. Then she proceeded to say that there is another bar down the street! She is one of the rudest servers ever. One other night, my husband and I were eating at the bar and he noticed we had to ask for everything as she only paid attention to her "regulars". Apparently, she doesn't think we are regular enough customers to deserve her attention however we used to go there 3 times a week but as the service has declined, we won't be goingany longer. She is very unprofessional and needs a lesson on how to treat customers.
