Awesome family owned gym with a very diversified, respectable, and courteous clientele. I love how the gym is never too packed to get through your workout in a timely manner and it has all the equipment I could ever need. This is a much better option than the over packed commercially run gyms of the area (I've tried them all). The owners, Dana and Kyle, are extremely friendly and accommodating. Each member gets a keycard so he/she can access the gym on any day at basically any time. No more missed workouts on holidays! I've been a member for 2 years and I see no reason to ever change gyms again. Highly recommended!

Good price point, never packed, convenient location/parking and has all the equipment the majority of gym-goers would need - treadmills, elliptical, tons of machines including a smith machine, trx, and pulleys, squat and bench racks, and dumbbells over 100. Doesn’t have some of the typical corporate gym things like towels and locker rooms (they do have large bathrooms and a separate shower room, though) but those really aren’t factors for me. The best thing is they are open until 12 am - that was the biggest selling point for me because I tend to go later at night (9 or 10).
