Cross Westchester Cleaners

9/27/14 - our wedding day. We found this cleaners as they said they do wedding dresses. My wife had some alterations done on her brand new dress, it wasn't dirty at all, just needed a little touch up. Was promised in 2 weeks. 3rd week we called, they said next Tuesday. My wedding was that Saturday. My wife goes to pick it up, she calls me crying. These irresponsible morons, tried to return to us a dirty, filthy, stained dress. It looked as though someone wore it. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly rude, and told my wife her dress must've been bought used. When in fact it was new. He wouldn't even consider a refund. He simply became defensive, denied any wrong doing, did no offer anything to try and make things better. Not a free rush clean, NOTHING! Again, our wedding was that same week. They knew, we had told them before. My wife had to clean her dress herself in our bathtub 3 days before our wedding. Her dress was less dirty AFTER our wedding than when these careless halfwits returned our dress. Please RUN AWAY from this business.
