If you refuse to give this company five stars on Yelp, they would first harass you and claim this was a faked review. Then they would threatened legal action. If you refused to back down, they would post pictures of your home and full name online. Feel free to go to yelp and see how this business responded to our review. Do you really want somebody whom you initially trusted, invited them to your home, took pictures where they were not authorized to go in, and invaded your privacy like this? We contacted NYS Attorney General office, and we will be filing a formal written complaint upon their recommendation. There are other moving companies nearby. Use the alternative please. We refuse to back down because we as the consumers have the right to voice our opinions. This business cared about their own "reputation" than their customer's personal data, such as names, addresses and credit card numbers.

The whole experience with this moving company was very pleasant and professional. So many times I have moved, but this is the first time the experience was wonderful! Eugene accommodated on short notice and came to appraise and give a quote. Sergio, Rob and Ray who came the next day, 5 minutes earlier than the set time, were very professional and thorough. All three of them were very accommodating to our last minute requests. They worked with good pace, without wasting any time and were thorough and conscientious of their work. Just one walk through with them through the house and the rest was all packed as we had needed - every item wrapped and moved carefully. This is how moving is supposed to be - clear, upfront, thorough, clean and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would be contacting them for all of my future and highly recommend them to any who would need movers. Thank you guys!
