We got it done! Charlie was my realtor for the sale of my home in Sept2016. From the beginning of the process (which was May2016), Charlie was professional, informative and friendly. I felt that Charlie did a great job preparing for the sale, providing me with enough market comparisons such that I felt comfortable with our asking price for the sale. The photos were taken professionally and I believe that's a huge differentiating factor from other listings.
