Here's what the owner wrote after a unsuccessful dining experience at her establishment... First of all, our establishment is not dirty and I take offense at your rude comment. Secondly, our rice- like everything else we prepare is made from scratch- no boil in a bag. Everything I prepare is made fresh and if you had a problem with the amount of asparagus you received, or the texture of my broccoli- maybe Taco Bell or Burger King would be more suitable to your taste.. We work hard at Humphrey's, to bring honest and good food to the table. It's people like you that cannot appreciate the effort we put into our restaurant - we respectfully ask not to come back.
