Allstate Insurance Agent: Rachael Brault

Rachael is a wonderful person to communicate with. She is very caring, professional, & does what she says she will. No false promises with this company. Also, a much cheaper coverage price, plus better coverage. My only regret, is I didn't know of this agency sooner

Great customer service, helped me settle a claim with little effort on my part. Racael always calls to check in on my coverage each year to make sure I'm getting the coverage I need. Sure you can get cheaper coverage elsewhere, but do you want to sacrifice customer service when you really need help?? I wouldn't.
