Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

I decided to try this location as it was under new management. The service under the previous management was very poor. My experience this time definitely earned a 5 star rating. Andrew Colon waited on me and he could not of been more polite, patient and thorough. I wanted a google pixie 1 but there were none available. Doug Doyle, the store manager advised that there were problems with the 2 and he would not recommend it. I picked another phone and Andrew transferred all my data and installed the emergency call apparatus in my car. I went home, tried the phone and was extremely unhappy with it. I returned the next day and told Doug I "hated" the phone and wanted to return it. Doug said he would not charge me as I had comeback the next day and wanted to make sure I was happy. Doug spent a great deal of time going through the phone with me, explaining the features and making modifications. I said I would go home, use the phone and see if I liked it better. I came back the next day as I still "hated" the phone. Doug again made it clear that he wanted me to be satisfied and he would exchange the phone. Doug helped me select another phone and transferred all my information. I am extremely happy with the phone and really appreciated Doug's excellent customer service
