Regal Dry Cleaners

I found Regal online even though I have lived & worked in Rotterdam for 23 years It was just what I was looking for 50% off 1st customers plus there pricing listed on the website was reasonable I put the 10 suits I needed cleaned in the car and dropped off Monday good thing I printed everything from the website because the clerk had no idea about the promotion what she said is that it didn't look like there logo on the paper I printed so I thought here we go ! after all this was a big order after she looked at the papers I printed for 5 minutes she said she would have to call to confirm this with her boss that's when I mentioned I was waiting for a call back which I never received after you submitted your information online it list his name & cell number which I memorized and read it off to her at this point see finally agreed to give me my 50% off I did mention I would be a retuning customer because I have been looking for a dry cleaner with reasonable pricing she said everything will be done on Thursday but I waited until Friday late afternoon when I went to pickup there was a different clerk who was very professional & friendly I still don't know how she picked up 10 suits and hung them on the rack for me because I could not pick them up to carry to my car ! I did get my 50 % off and will return .
