Worst bank ever. Was at drive thru to cash a $800 personal check on Chase acct, I thought I lost my driver's lic weeks ago. Went to get an enhanced lic dmv told no problems with using the temp enhanced. I go to the lady teller she's gone for at least a solid 5 minutes. Just cashing a check mind you off my Chase checking.
The gm came back and asked if I had a passport! I asked him if he had his passport with him!? He said no it's home ....I said so is mine!!!! He then told me to go to the Hopewell branch to see is someone who worked there knew me!?
WHAT! The story gets better I go inside and the gm is taking customers on the teller line because they are shirt handed that again is not my problem, meantime there are 3 cust reps with no one in their cubicles! One of them to speak with gm to stand in line behind 6 people. So I sat and waited and waited. The man who told me to wait DID NOT tell me that I had to wait until every customer came thru the door was waited on. I asked him customers keep coming in when will come over and speak to me in private....this rep told me point blank I told ya to get in line! I finally spoke with him after being scolded by this rep !I told the gm he was ridiculous asking me to travel 10 miles out of my way....on a hope an employee knows me what if they were on vacation? Passport? Really. Totally absurd and ridiculous. I would have thought common sense would have kicked in at this point.
I called corporate and they apoligized for the experience. Ugh will be pulling my money out eventually.
