Making arrangements were suddenly thrust upon me and I was 500 miles away. I called Roy at Simple Choices and he gave my situation his utmost attention. He took care of every aspect quickly and kept me informed. I finally met him a week later and he was every bit the compassionate man I believed he was over the phone.
