The Brat Shack Party Store

Small, friendly, cozy, family owned party store recommended by a friend to place my daughter's heels in a balloon for her sweet 16 ceremony. Very unique inexpensive idea. I skipped other retailers and purchased more items here since they were African American owned. Will def return and recommend although tho there about 20 miles away from me.
