Roger just completed an annual preventive maintenance and cleaning of our steam boiler. He was knowledgeable, courteous and informative regarding the condition of the boiler and the actions I should be taking to maintain the unit throughout the heating season. We've utilized the services of Sunbeam for all 32 years that we've owned our home, and they have been our go-to company for all things related to heating our home. We'll likely be using them to maintain our ductless AC units when the next cooling season rolls around.
