I've been waiting for about 3 years for the serviceman to come and fix 2 problems that I have. Bob came over about 2 years ago when I called him back. He again said that he would send someone, but I'm still waiting. I am not one to complain - that's why I am still waiting. I hope nobody asks me about their company for a recommendation.
