First they messed up the install date and I wasted a whole day from work. When I got someone to babysit my house for them to come. once the job was completed they asked for a check that nobody ever told me about. Apparently I was supposed to leave them a blank check to take back to the office. after they received no blank check they called me and left an extremely nasty voicemail, also the installer said that they were going to call the police if I did not give them a check that day. Save yourself lots of misery and go somewhere else.
