So, yeah... My package, that was traveling just fine on its way from UPS was then transferred to the less than reliable hands of the USPS. I found a package for someone else at my home instead. So, after I attempted to get ahold of any one by calling customer service (which I believe the terms USPS and Customer Service are an oxymoron) and getting no where, because they don't seem to care about service at all, I googled the address of the other person. I then walked that package to that other home and.... You guessed it..... Found mine!
So, hopefully USPS will reimburse me for my time and for doing their job for them! Thanks guys!
Update to this-
It is now a few weeks later. I've had a package once again transferred from UPS to USPS... Guess what??
Not deliverable and being sent back to sender.
So, I call and speak to customer service. They confirm my address and name and say it was all correct.
So, yet again, this branch has screwed up a simple delivery. I now have to do a bunch of searching for my delivery.
Good job people.
Not sure if this is just gross negligence or something else. Either way, they need some serious training.
I wouldn't use this office if you can pick.
