I have never been treated with such disrespect. I called regarding a hold I had places on my mail and spoke to Devon, the manager of this office. Devon answered the call with an attitude and failed to comprehend the question I asked about the hold, maybe he just couldn't understand the simple question I asked and it aggravated him more. He decided to tell me about all the other people calling about holds on there mail and how they can't be bothered with this. He told me about how aggravating it is to do his job. So he decided to take it out on me the customer. I am sickened by this and that this individual represents the United States postal service. Clearly this individual cannot handle his job and needs to be replaced. I would have given this a one star review but google made me be extremely generous with the one star.
