I requested information on childcare through the Edukids site on 1/17/2018. I requested information on their weekly rate for an infant. I received an automated response stating they received my inquiry. I then received multiple advertisement/junk emails from this business once I requested information which I did not sign up for. I received an email marked from the Director on 1/22/2018 asking if I wanted to come in for a tour, which not answer my initial inquiry. I responded stating that I would like information on rates for an infant. I receive second email from Amber Redinger on 1/24/2018 claiming they had not heard from me. I responded with the following "As I stated in my initial request for information AND the attached email which I sent this past Monday, all I was looking for was information on your rates for infants. However, after seeing the challenge EduKids has with communication, I would not be comfortable sending my child here. If I am unable to get a simple response on cost of care, how can I trust that your facility is able to disseminate critical information to parents? I no longer have any interest in this facility and kindly ask that you remove me from any mailing lists I have been added to. I have been receiving junk mail from EduKids when I never even had a conversation with someone from your site." At this point I made it clear I do not wish to speak with anyone further and do not want to receive emails. I received a THIRD email from the Director on 1/25/2018 claiming they had not heard from me. This is harassment. I had a simple inquiry that I made clear multiple times. Instead I'm getting sent advertisements and bothered 3 times in one week when no one can even answer my question. Very disappointing communication gap which would never make me consider sending my child here.
