On Saturday 4/9/2016 12:30pm I got a missed call from Capital One on my cell phone, where I have three business accounts from. Even though I was extremely busy at work, I called back and asked why/who had called me from capital one (little neck branch). " Karishma Singh" answered the phone and started to explain that she has tooth pain and wanted to come in to my office today. Having said this, I am furious that she looked up my personal information through business account for her personal use! During bank service hours! How is this possible? How or what do you train your workers? How can I trust capital one and do my business banking with your company? I have been banking with your company since 2011. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. For the benefit of your company I hope these things never happen again.
I have to visit this branch on a daily basis due to my job. But every time I go into this location I'm welcomed like I'm family. Maybe its because I know most of the staff now, but from my experience the staff is very pleasant to the rest of the customer as well. Highly recommended.
