Artie's Steak & Seafood

Our server seemed like he didn't want to be there, which I can understand after a long day, but it affected our service. The food was mediocre and took forever to get to the table even though we are one of two other tables. I had been initially attracted to the place because of good reviews and I honestly didn't see anything worth the reviews.
