These guys are great! Took my Volvo there and they were the most honest. When another shop lied to me about a repair they said my car need, took it to Joe and Glen down in Webster and they were honest with me and told me there was nothing wrong and this has been on more than one occasion. I would recommend them to everyone, I’ll be taking my car there from now on!

This is for the Empire Blvd Webster location. I took my car in to get new tires put on, in the process they broke a stud off trying to take the lug nut off. They tried to say that it was over torqued and that's why it broke off. Last person to touch the car torqued the lug nuts down to factory spec, so I almost doubt that was the case. Regardless, it was my word against there's so I had to pay for it. A week down the road I got an alignment from a different shop, who noticed the lug nut doesn't sit directly on the stud they replaced..... They ended up putting the wrong stud on. I come in to tell them, and they informed me that they purposely put the wrong stud on because they couldn't find the right one. So they didn't tell me when I had the work done because they thought they could get away with it.... exactly why nobody these days can trust mechanics. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they had the tires cheaper than anywhere else. Pathetic, and refused me a refund on the part
