When I need an alignment done RIGHT, this is the place, no question. Maybe a little more expensive, no coupons or deals, and often little option to wait with the car (have to it drop off and leave it). Those very minor detractors (makes it more like 4.5 stars) are because he's busy due to being in high demand based on his reputation, and because this is a sole proprietorship, meaning the guy at the counter, under your car, and most importantly the person responsible for the job quality, customer satisfaction and business success, are one and the same. No role of the dice as to what level of operator skill you get with the alignment machine. No erroneous prealignment results that may sell you more work than you need. No problems with complex alignment issues. I'd trust Mark as much as or more than a dealer, and in that case, at a way better price. All the local independent garages I know of that don't have their own alignment machine will send your car to Mark's after they do work requiring an alignment.
