Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Amherst

Be very careful! I am a Marriott Gold Member and I’ve never experienced such a poor experience at a Marriott property. Upon check in our room did not have a fireplace as booked. This was our second stay here and the second time we ordered one type room only to receive a lesser valued room. I complained and they changed our room but ... the price of the room was then charged more money. Our second night was supposed to be less than the Saturday night and instead they charged the same higher rate for both nights. After the room was cleaned we were left with no towels or shampoo. They are shady at the desk and the place is NOT a good value! Will never come back here! Sadly this Marriott property is not what I’ve experienced as a loyal Gold Member Marriott customer! Sad. Beware!
