From start to finish, they were a nightmare. -Didn't honor original price quote -Cabinets and hinges were not the same quality. Below low. -Glass in the glass front doors were loose and molding coming apart -Delivery person would not bring cabinets up to apt and left them on the street SJ knew we were on 4th floor via invoicing and discussion. -Pulls/handles didn't come with order, took no less then 5 calls and several days to get new ones with correct screws (Chinese gauge, not US) -"Counter top we ordered" wasn't available and had to pay for "next model" at $500 more when we were originally told that if it wasn't available, we would get 2nd option at same cost. -Added $600 delivery fee for counter top - after the fact. They originally knew we were on the 4th floor (as per work order). -All estimated delivery times were off - adding stress to your orchestrated project -Bad attitude all around DO NOT USE. Unethical doesn't cover it.
