AWS MECHANICAL

I was originally given a quote over the phone (Price was not great). When I asked for the quote in writing I was told it would be emailed to me shortly. After two days I called back and was told the owner was in a meeting and he would call me back. I have since called back three more times and the owner is always "In a meeting" I have still have not received a call back or been emailed the quote. Very poor service.
