Our experience with getting a custom-made engagement ring at OKG has been amazing! The first time we went in, we met both Anna & Gary, who have been so helpful with every step of the way. They made sure that we really got the design and ring that we envisioned, all while making sure that it was a design that could last. The whole process took about a month as well, which was a lot shorter than we had originally expected it to be. From choosing the center stone and side stones, to creating the actual ring, we were involved in every step of the process. When the ring was ready, we were even brought to the back and watched as Gary set the stones and finalized the piece. Being able to see that process and see the ring that we wanted come to life before our eyes was an unforgettable experience. In the end, you can very easily see that everyone who works there is a true professional that really cares about their work. We would 100% recommend anybody buying jewelry to go to OKG!
