Risen Auto

I put down a huge down payment 6 days ago and still no car. Apparently....after not hearing a damn word from ANYONE AT RISEN AUTO!! I went to where car is being inspected and the guy tells me it needs some part and I quote. "Realistically it probably won't be in for another 3days!! Then who the hell knows how long to install. I have borrowed a friend's car to get around for now but I don't think I can borrow it for another week. Not happy at all. I can understand used cars have their issues but how about a courtesy call??? something to make me feel like I didn't just make a huge mistake. Quick to take my cash and schedule a payment plan for the rest but can't deliver the car in a timely manner. Not impressed one bit
