Safeco Alarm Systems Inc

This is safeco's monitoring company, they sent the fire department to my house 4x even after I told them that safeco's equipment was malfunctioning. The town charged me $50.00 every time they came out for no reason. When I called them back the women on the phone got an attitude and told me that "they were too busy" and that I would have to call back. What if I had a gun to my head? Would they still be that busy? 2nd worst company to deal with behind safeco!
