Barcone's Music

We used this store for a rental trumpet through the elementary school program. The instrument is fine. Unfortunately, it is impossible to reach them for service, discuss your bill or to even return the instrument. The phone is never answered (honestly, never) and voicemail messages are not returned - ever. At this point our only option is to drive out to Kingston on a Saturday and hope that someone is actually in the store during the posted hours.
