Saugerties Carpet & Linoleum

Excellent customer service! Stephanie always answered the phone whenever I called with a question. Kevin installed carpet on stairs and 2 bedrooms. Both carpets were perfectly installed. Engineered tile floor was installed in the entry way. After the first day it lifted (mostly likely due to temperature change). Called immediately and Kevin showed up to my place in 15 minutes and resolved the issue. The floor is perfect and no problem now! Kevin is an efficient worker, knowledgeable about the product, and polite. He cleaned up any mess that was made before they left. I highly recommend Saugerties Carpet!
