Our first experience wasn't great. We ate here before a show and had allowed ourselves two hours so we wouldn't be rushed. We think the server forgot to put our order in, and after waiting for thirty minutes we asked. I think she was embarrassed because we didn't see her after that. Another server finally brought us our food after we'd been there an hour and we had to pull another server aside to get our bill and then pull another aside to pay it. The food was phenomenal but it was not a good customer service experience. No one offered anything, like comping our drinks, to make up for the terribly long wait and hassle. We tried it again recently, almost a year later, and had excellent service and equally excellent food. Hopefully our first experience was just bad luck because the hot tomato oil is to die for.
