Sears

Customer service was horrible. Very hard to understand as they can't speak english. They charged my card 3 times for one order and 5 days later the charges are still on my card... almost $4000.00 is being occupied. It took 2 seconds from them to charge my card but can't manage to refund their mistake in 5 days?? Ridiculous...
