Was worried I would have a big hassle exchanging an item I bought online for another one that was online only, but it was all really quick and easy! Workers treated me great, gave me tips, etc. even though I looked pretty crappy lol The brunette mentioned in a previous comment also asked if somebody else could do the actual work for her but there was no attitude or meanness in her voice, she just thought she had to do a bit more work than was actually needed
