This was the first time I had ever dealt with Verizon; I was helping my friend try to change her plan. We were greeted by Kenda, but she did not know how to help us and went to get someone else to help us. They both were standing at a table with us, but the other woman was the one helping us. Kenda was very unprofessional and my friend and I were very shocked by how she was acting in front of us. She stated she was currently online shopping at Sephora because she had a gift card. She also burped in front of us, and when the other woman said she needed to call her district manager to ask a quick question, Kendra called the district manager a douche TWICE in front of us. I was appauled by how this associate was acting in front of us and I will be telling all of my friends and associates to make sure not to go into this Verizon store and instead call customer service because they know the proper way to speak to customers.
Avoid at all costs. They transferred my number from my previous provider to Verizon and then refused to honor the contract I had signed. They misled me through the entire sales process. Reneged on promotions and attempted to raise the price of the phone after transferring my number and thusly terminating my service with my old provider. They offered me nothing to make up for their actions and then wanted me to pay more for a phone than it was priced on the Verizon website.
